Uniglas is precious, almost as precious as gems yet more easily accessible to everyone and more versatile than such stones. 3 pieces of homogenous solid-surfacing composite material melded together with adhesive will form an inextricable union. When clamped in place, the binding adhesive dries and becomes virtually inconspicuous. Completion of the whole process involves the use of high-powered polishing equipment to remove and buff-down the exesses and grind off the bull-nosing for counter tops.

Once the process is complete, almost seamless joints can be achieved, invisible to the naked eye. So smooth and clean is the surface, it can be likened to a diamond which emerges from the rough, shedding its unpolished skin to allow its brilliance to shine through. Food Services Area

Uniglas is long-lasting, durable and stands up to the demands of everyday use. Its non porous (homogenous) composition makes it ideal for food service areas. Unlike natural substances such as marble, granite and timber, Uniglas provides no avenue for grout, mildew, fungus and germs to penetrate its surface. Inconspicuous joints provide an integrated one-piece surface which eliminates dirt-trappings and fungus as there are no obvious seams or cracks for algae grout to fester. This quality surpasses that of ceramic tiles.
